Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Pulmonology Clinic LiveWell Homecare Agency Murfreesboro, TN Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Pulmonary critical care Acute care facility experience Advanced practice provider Critical care (emergency response procedures) Prescribing medications Critical illness management Full Job Description This Nurse Practitioner role supports the management of Pulmonary Critical Care Service Line patients, collaborating with Pulmonologists and other physicians to assist with admissions, rounds, consults, history and physicals, and discharges within their scope of practice. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing or Physician Assistant master's program, current unrestricted Tennessee licensure, and national certification in a nursing specialty. Prescriptive authority, proficiency in critical care procedures (e.g., intubation, line placement, ventilator management), and
ACLS/BLS
certification are essential. Preferred candidates have 1-3 years of healthcare experience, with previous critical acute care experience required.
Location:
Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Pulmonology Unit Schedule:
Full Time, Days, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
