Full benefits package available Position Summary NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Arlington, TX . This role is a great fit for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Our full-time providers typically work three 12-hour shifts per week , with schedules released in advance and no after-hours work. You will treat patients of all ages, manage a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries, and perform common urgent care procedures while being supported by experienced clinical teams, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing, wound care, splinting, and other procedures as applicable Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Code and bill services appropriately Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks Practice in alignment with NextCare's clinical standards and values Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license

NP:

FNP certification through ANCC or AANP required

PA:
