Job Description

Position Description:
  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on family-centered care, and health promotion. Aesthetics/Injectables experience highly preferred!
  • Duties:
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
  • Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgical interventions
  • Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
  • State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in family medicine or primary care
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems like Dr. Chrono and knowledge of ICD-10 coding
