Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Conduct patient follow-ups and monitor treatment progress Educate patients on health management and prevention strategies Participate in patient care team meetings and case discussions Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures Respond to medical emergencies and provide necessary interventions Requirements Associate degree in Nursing or relevant field Current NP or PA license in the state Experience in a hospitalist setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
Level II Trauma Center Schedule:
12-hour day and night shifts
Daily Volume:
3-15 patients
Patient Population:
Adult & geriatric
Responsibilities:
Admissions and rounding 3 admin support staff onsite
EMR:
Meditech Must be board-certified Paid travel and expenses
