About the Role We are seeking an experienced and personable Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with 1• year or more of Family Practice experience •to join our growing clinical team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, caring, and adaptable clinician who enjoys a diverse, fast-paced environment. You'll have the chance to provide both primary and urgent care services — from annual wellness exams and chronic disease management to acute visits and minor procedures — all while being supported by a cohesive and friendly team that truly works together. We're looking for someone who can balance professionalism with approachability, who enjoys continuity of care, and who values both autonomy and teamwork. What You'll Do Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary and immediate care for patients across the lifespan. Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and develop evidence-based care plans. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions with confidence and sound judgment. Perform minor procedures such as suturing, joint injections, wound care, and abscess drainage when appropriate. Deliver preventive care, annual physicals, and patient education focused on wellness and lifestyle improvement. Collaborate seamlessly with the supervising physician and multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and coordination of care. Maintain meticulous documentation and EMR accuracy to support quality and compliance standards. Contribute positively to clinic culture through professionalism, teamwork, and compassion. Qualifications Current and active Texas license . Minimum 1• year of independent clinical experience• as a PA or NP in family medicine or internal medicine. National board certification. Current DEA registration and BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic acumen, and comfort managing a broad range of conditions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues. A flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
