Job Description

Overview Critical care requires strong clinical collaboration, consistent support, and workflows designed for high-acuity patient care. At USACS, APPs work side by side with Physicians in team-based environments structured to support autonomy, clinical growth, and sustainable long-term careers. We're adding a Critical Care Nocturnist APP (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin in Austin, Texas.

Cerner What your practice will look like: You'll work collaboratively alongside experienced Critical Care Physicians and APPs in a high-acuity ICU environment focused on evidence-based patient care and team-based clinical decision-making. APPs are fully integrated into the care model and supported through structured physician collaboration, operational resources, and strong local and national APP leadership. About the

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification Critical Care experience preferred Hospital State-of-the-art facility Located in a quickly growing suburban area 126 beds Digital X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound and radiology, as well as wireless instant nurse-to-nurse communication Certified Primary Stroke Center with cath lab, allowing for interventional cardiology/PCI for
