Job Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Wellness & Aesthetics Aesthetica MD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team as a Wellness Provider. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our wellness services while also performing aesthetic and injectable treatments in a premier, full-service medical spa environment.Role Overview:
Location:
Primary location in Cypress, with the goal to expand services to our Katy and Memorial locations.Schedule:
1099 Independent Contractor status, starting at one day per week.Flexibility:
The role is designed to be flexible and has the potential to scale up based on clinic demand.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality wellness consultations and treatments including glp1 and peptide consults, hormones and other aesthetic treatments.
- Perform wellness. aesthetic and injectable procedures (e.g., neurotoxins, fillers, etc.) with a focus on safety and patient satisfaction.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient aesthetic and wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all medical spa safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Aesthetica MD team to ensure a superior patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Texas.
- Experience in medical aesthetics and/or wellness services.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
- Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation structure offered as either commission-based or hourly plus bonus, tailored to the candidate's experience and performance.
