We are looking for an

EXPERIENCED

candidate as a nurse practitioner in pulmonary & Sleep clinic practice. The position requires that the individual have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working alone (with supervision available) while remaining efficient and accurate.

Responsibilities:

See new and established pulmonary and sleep patients and devise management plan. Establish follow-up care. Review labs, imaging, PFTs, Sleep studies and other available data to interpret with patient management. Participate in improvement projects in the office.

Requirements:

Experience as NP is needed and as pulmonary NP is desired. Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program NP Certification and TX license required. Experience as independent NP and interest in pulmonary and sleep medicine. The NP will report to the supervising physicians and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure. Position is mostly for sleep related work with some pulmonary work. We are open to full time and part time candidates. For Part time applicants, salary could be decided hourly or per patient. We also open to either PA or NP applicant.
