Provide high-quality clinical services, including exams, diagnoses, treatment, referrals, and patient education. Maintain clinical competency, manage a patient panel, and ensure continuity of care, including emergency on-call duties. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, contribute to community health planning, and participate in quality improvement activities. Adhere to infection control, documentation standards, and collaborative team practices within a patient-centered, culturally sensitive framework. Qualifications include an advanced practice nursing degree, current Texas certification, DEA registration, and CPR certification; preferred experience includes at least one year as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Bilingual skills are a plus.
