Role Overview:
The Medical Practitioner (MP) (NP, PA, DR) serves as the clinical authority within the center, providing consultations, diagnostics, and advanced procedures under the Medical Director or MSA guidelines. You will collaborate with Health Coaches and the entire team to deliver integrated care that drives measurable health improvements and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Clinical Consultations & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive consultations using empathy and evidence-based protocols. Evaluate, diagnose, and design individualized treatment plans for Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, and Aesthetic services. Collaborate with Health Coaches to align medical and lifestyle interventions for optimal outcomes. we never offer a "shot and go" approach with GLP-1 therapies; our commitment to client longevity means we prioritize protecting bone health, core stability, and muscle mass-ensuring every treatment plan fully supports lasting wellness and strength as part of our
DNA. SMART
Goal:
Complete 100% of scheduled consultations monthly; document all treatments before end of day. 2) Lab Ordering & Interpretation Order and interpret labs including hormone panels, metabolic markers, and micronutrient profiles. Document findings accurately in EMR and communicate results clearly to clients.
SMART Goal:
100% of labs ordered and interpreted within 72 hours; maintain zero documentation errors. Follow the

framework and lead with empathy and listening. 3) Advanced Procedures & Therapies Perform BHRT pellet insertions, IV/IM therapy, and blood draws following strict safety protocols. Administer GLP-1 and
GLP-1/GIP
injections; training injections, monitor and manage side effects proactively. Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, fillers, and EMSculpt NEO with precision and compliance.
SMART Goal:
Maintain 100% compliance with procedural protocols; achieve 90% client satisfaction on posttreatment surveys. 4) Membership Conversion & Service Education Present membership options and educate clients on all center services and nutraceuticals. Support retail sales of skincare and supplements aligned with treatment plans. 5) Documentation & Regulatory Compliance Maintain accurate EMR documentation for all procedures, prescriptions, and client interactions. Ensure HIPAA and biohazard compliance at all times.
SMART Goal:
Zero compliance violations; 100% audit-ready documentation. 6) Team Collaboration & Leadership Participate in daily huddles; update trackers and communicate clinical priorities. Mentor Health Coaches on medical protocols and integrated care strategies. Cross Train on InBody to understand the full client picture.
SMART Goal:
95% attendance at huddles; provide 1 clinical training session per month. 7) Continuous Education & Professional Development Complete all compliance and role-based training in SeroConnect (Internal LMS). Stay current with emerging therapies and aesthetic techniques through ongoing education.

Compliance & Documentation Accuracy:
100% Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license; autonomous designation preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in BHRT/HRT/TRT and advanced aesthetic procedures. Strong background in Women's and Men's Health, Anti-Aging Therapy, Longevity, and Functional Medicine. Proficiency in EMR systems and documentation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-care skills. Impeccable listening skills, to align with Serotonin
