ttg Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a temporary assignment supporting a primary care clinic in Fort Worth, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for a healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, evaluate and diagnose medical conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient confidentiality and care excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide primary care and direct patient care services to patients across varying age groups. Examine patients, review medical histories, assess symptoms, and perform physical examinations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests including blood work, x-rays, and scans. Develop treatment plans and advise patients regarding medications and ongoing care. Communicate test results, diagnoses, and prognoses to patients in a clear and empathetic manner. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records and documentation. Update and manage patient charts within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care. Refer patients to specialists when appropriate and review medical reports and findings. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and nursing regulations, guidelines, and standards. Utilize healthcare technology and software platforms including: Medical database software Medical research software Medical diagnosis software Medical billing software E-prescribing software Scheduling and billing systemsREQUIREMENTS
Active Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses in the state of Texas. National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited agency. Master's Degree in Nursing required. Doctorate in Nursing preferred. Board certification in specialty area preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a physician practice or hospital setting. Strong knowledge of primary care protocols and patient-centered care. Experience working with EHR systems and healthcare software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
: Assignment expected to last approximately 90 days with potential for extension. Clinic located in Fort Worth, Texas.
