Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease. Performs assessments, reviews diagnostic tests, and develops personalized treatment plans. Prescribes medications and therapies within scope, educates patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and maintains accurate documentation. Participates in clinical and quality improvement activities, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards. Qualifications include a Master's degree or higher in Nursing, an active Texas Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and at least one year of experience. This in-person role requires working two days/week, with potential for additional shifts, and involves physical activity in a clinical setting. Candidates must be willing to relocate prior to starting.
