Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan. Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate for patient conditions. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers. Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active RN license and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Texas Open to new or experienced candidates Excellent diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills Strong communication skills to educate and connect with patients Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Current
BLS/ACLS/PALS
