You will work with patients ages 5-99, delivering trauma-informed, patient-centered psychiatric services both in person and via telehealth. Position Summary:

As a PMHNP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose using

DSM-5-TR

criteria Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and follow-up care Deliver trauma-informed, integrated behavioral health services Collaborate with medical providers and community partners Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1-2 times per year) Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation Provide telemedicine services as appropriate

Qualifications:

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Current, unrestricted Texas license Minimum 12 months•2 years of PMHNP experience Experience working with underserved populations preferred Comfortable treating patients ages 5 and up Strong knowledge of

DSM-5-TR

Experience in integrated or collaborative care settings preferred Proficient with electronic health records and telehealth platforms

Compensation & Schedule:

Base Salary:

$119,000 annually Year 1: Base + stipend Year 2+: Base + productivity compensation Eligible for external federal & state student loan repayment programs

Schedule:

Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•5:00

PM Tuesdays:

10:00 AM•7:00

PM Caseload:

16•18 patients per day

Intakes:

60 minutes

Follow-Ups:

25 minutes
