Family Practice /
Primary Care Clinic Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services for patients of all ages Perform physical exams and patient assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate Provide preventive care and patient education Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state Board Certified (AANP or ANCC) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Primary care experience preferred but not required
