Job Description

Critical Care Nocturnist APP (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner) - New Grads Welcome | Kerrville, TX Critical care requires strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and the right support structure—especially overnight. At USACS, APPs work alongside experienced Physicians in collaborative care environments designed to support high-quality patient care, sustainable practice models, and long-term career growth. We're adding a Critical Care Nocturnist APP to our team at Peterson Regional Medical Center in Kerrville, Texas.
Practice Highlights:
This position is open to new grads and experienced APPs May qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program through USACS partnership eligibility Dedicated nocturnist APP role
Daily Encounters:
8 Collaborative critical care team environment New graduates and experienced APPs encouraged to apply Access to local, regional, and national APP leadership support What your practice will look like: You'll work overnight alongside an experienced critical care team in a supportive ICU environment focused on efficient workflows, collaboration, and quality patient care. USACS structures care teams to ensure APPs are supported clinically and operationally, with leadership that understands the day-to-day realities of acute care practice.

Peterson Regional Medical Center is located in Kerrville, Texas, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
