Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and health education to diverse patient populations across all ages. Your expertise will support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes through compassionate care, clinical excellence, and innovative practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact community health and well-being. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiological evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions across various specialties such as internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and behavioral health. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner for accurate medical documentation, coding (CPT, ICD-10), Skills Proven experience with eClinicalWorks or other EMR/EHR systems Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy knowledge, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and medical documentation standards. Ability to manage triage calls efficiently while demonstrating excellent patient care skills across pediatric to geriatric populations. Familiarity with infection control protocols and sterile techniques; Strong communication skills combined with a passion for patient education and building long-term relationships are highly valued. Experience in a family practice or primary care is preferred.
