We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Laredo. Position Overview The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care to patients while working as part of a collaborative, patient-centered team. Responsibilities Provide primary and family medicine care to patients Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop and manage patient treatment plans Provide preventive care and patient education Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care Qualifications Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas Family Nurse Practitioner certification DEA registration/licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team New graduates are welcome to apply! Compensation & Benefits Base annual salary: $115,000-$150,000 $2,500 signing bonus Quarterly bonus opportunities Health and dental insurance 401(k) with 4% employer match Continuing education allowance of up to $1,000 annually 10 days of vacation to start, or vacation time matching a current employer with applicable documentation Sick leave Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00
