We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected critical access hospital working in a rural health clinic setting a 5/8s Monday through Friday or 4/10s schedule. The Provider would work independently with collaborative physician support and see an estimated 18-20 patients per day. The primary care provider would see a diverse patient population and treat routine, acute and chronic illnesses and minor injuries as well. There is an option to take additional ER shifts if interested and qualified. The provider would enjoy working in a rural health clinic convenient and commutable to Lubbock, TX. The Nurse Practitioner would enjoy a competitive starting base salary of $130,000

Allowance and all dues, fees and licensure paid for as well as malpractice coverage. Additionally, the Provider would be able to apply for loan repayment through either the NHSC or Nursing Corp program as this is a designated HPSA for primary care. The Provider would be eligible to receive up to $25,000 per year paid directly to the candidates federally qualified student loans minimum of a two year commitment required or up to 60% of their loans paid though the Nursing Corp program. This requires a separate application as it is a Federally sponsored program.
