Job Description

Description Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Marshall, TX . This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care to patients across all ages. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum family medicine services including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, wellness visits, and routine screenings Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team Schedule & Compensation Full-time outpatient schedule Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
