• McKinney, TX Mobile MD is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing mobile medical practice serving homebound patients in: Assisted Living (AL) Memory Care (MC) Independent Living (IL) Private Homes This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while practicing highly autonomous medicine in a supportive team environment.

Position Highlights Flexible scheduling Primarily weekday hours Autonomy with physician collaboration available Established patient base Mobile charting and streamlined workflow Meaningful work with geriatric and medically complex patients Competitive productivity-based compensation High earning potential 1099 independent contractor opportunity Responsibilities Provide primary care visits in residential and facility settings Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic and acute conditions Coordinate care with families, facility staff, specialists, and home health/hospice Perform medication management and follow-up visits Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Qualifications Licensed NP or PA in Texas DEA license Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, family practice, SNF, home health, palliative care, or mobile medicine preferred Comfortable working independently Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation required About Mobile MD Mobile MD provides compassionate, patient-centered medical care to individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional office-based healthcare.
