Our Neonatologists and NNPs work collaboratively, continuing these efforts to deliver exceptional care in the hospital s NICU. Midland Memorial Hospital in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our program (named one of the best places to work by Modern Healthcare in 2023 & 2024). 18 beds, Level II NICU Average 2300 deliveries annually Average daily census of 11 NNP in-house 24/7 Physician provides in-house coverage during the day, call from home Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III early 2026 Midland, Texas, is a vibrant city located in the heart of West Texas, known for its rich history, thriving economy, and welcoming community.Economic Hub:
