We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically confident Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing concierge family medicine practice. This is an excellent opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—caring for patients with the time, attention, and support they deserve. About the Position The ideal candidate enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is comfortable practicing comprehensive family medicine, including pediatrics. Experience in aesthetics is welcomed but not required. We are happy to provide additional training for the right candidate with an interest in expanding into aesthetic medicine. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family medicine care for pediatric and adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform annual wellness visits and preventative care Manage same-day sick visits and urgent concerns Interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Collaborate closely with our physician and healthcare team to deliver exceptional concierge care Participate in rotating weekend and after-hours concierge coverage Opportunity to perform aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, lasers, weight management, IV therapy, and more) based on experience and training Qualifications Current Texas NP or PA-C license Board certified Comfortable caring for pediatric and adult patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for preventative, relationship-based medicine Positive, compassionate, and team-oriented Experience or interest in aesthetic medicine is a plus
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:30 AM - 4:30
PM Friday:
8:30 AM - 12:00 PM Flexible scheduling with an emphasis on work-life balance Rotating weekend concierge coverage optional Limited holiday coverage as scheduled
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
