This is an ON-SITE position and CANNOT be done remotely. Applicants must live less than 2 hours from facilities. Supportive Care is looking for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team! Supportive Care provides behavioral health services to geriatric residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The residents receive quality psychotherapy sessions, medication management, and other services by our extraordinary team of clinicians.
