Job Description

Practice Overview :
We are an Office-Based Lab (OBL) and medical clinic located within the Permian Basin. We specialize in clinical management and interventions for peripheral artery disease (PAD) and critical limb ischemia (CLI), chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), dialysis access, and vascular access. Our physician and APP team consists of 1 surgeon and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting, diagnosing, clinical assessments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting wellness in the community. Clinic will be Monday -through Friday with hospital rounding/consultations as needed. This role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional opportunities to assist and scrub into procedures/surgeries. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide care in clinic, lab, and hospital setting Administer injections and other therapeutic interventions as needed. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Perform medical documentation accurately and efficiently to maintain comprehensive patient records Participate in health assessments and provide appropriate referrals when necessary. Skills Excellent communication skills for effective patient interactions and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and familiarity with electronic health records.
Education:
PA-C:
Graduated from a PA program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education (A.R.C) Master's degree in
Physician Assistant Studies Texas Medical Board License NP:
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner by nationally accredited organization by state
Board of Nursing Texas Medical Board License Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
