The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with Rheumatological diseases. Your expertise will contribute significantly to patient outcomes and overall healthcare delivery. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for patients. Manage care for patients in outpatient clinic setting. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Stay updated on current healthcare trends, regulations, and workers' compensation law to ensure compliance with standards. Experience A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is required. Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas. Experience in Rheumatology preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are essential.
