Position Summary The Women's Health Nurse Practitioner functions as an advanced practitioner responsible for providing comprehensive primary health care to patients across the lifespan. This role includes prescriptive authority, independent assessment, and collaborative care in partnership with our medical team. You will apply advanced clinical expertise to evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while delivering patient education, preventative care, and health counseling. Obtain comprehensive health histories through patient interviews and physical examinations. Identify risk factors based on clinical evaluation, diagnostic testing, and behavioral assessment.

Provide patient-centered care by:

Assessing and managing acute illnesses, consulting or referring as appropriate. Recommending medications and treatments for common acute conditions. Managing stable, chronic illnesses in accordance with protocols or in collaboration with physicians. Referring and coordinating care for unstable, chronic conditions. Educating and counseling patients on health needs and wellness promotion. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain active licensure and professional competency through continuing education. Perform other duties as assigned to support excellent patient care.

Minimum Requirements:
