In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care across diverse settings, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and well-being. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews. Prescribe medications, administer injections, and perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, and catheterization in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements. Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties including internal medicine, geriatrics, behavioral health, and emergency medicine. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to develop treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care strategies. Perform diagnostic evaluations using laboratory testing, medical imaging, sonography, or specimen collection as needed. Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring patient confidentiality.
