What You Will Do Deliver Broad-Spectrum Care:
Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions for adult and geriatric patient populations.
Collaborate & Problem-Solve:
Work closely with facility staff and our multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and seamless medical interventions.
Travel & Adapt:
Enjoy variety in your week by traveling between facilities in Clear Lake, Kemah, and Houston. You will work with different teams, schedules, and clinical environments.
Educate:
Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide top-tier patient education and advocate for preventative health. What You Bring to the
Table Licensure:
Active and unrestricted Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner (Family, Adult, Gerontology, etc.) or Physician Assistant.
Prescriptive Authority:
Current DEA registration is required.
Clinical Excellence:
Strong clinical judgment, medical decision-making skills, and a polished, approachable demeanor with both patients and colleagues.
Flexibility:
Willingness to cover multiple locations and participate in a required weekend rotation.
Experience:
