Cirque Lodge is seeking a compassionate, experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary medical team. At Cirque Lodge, you'll work in a collaborative, resident-centered environment where clinical excellence and compassionate care are at the heart of everything we do. Position Summary The PA/NP provides comprehensive medical care for residents in a residential behavioral health and addiction treatment setting. This role includes conducting medical evaluations, managing medical conditions, supporting detoxification and withdrawal management, prescribing medications, collaborating with psychiatrists and therapists, and promoting whole-person recovery. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive medical assessments and ongoing resident evaluations. Diagnose and manage medical conditions. Provide medication management, including detoxification and withdrawal support. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other members of the treatment team. Document resident encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (Aura/Sigmund). Educate residents regarding their medical conditions, medications, wellness and recovery strategies. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards. On-Call duties Qualifications Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Utah. DEA registration and prescriptive authority. Experience in addiction medicine, psychiatry, family medicine or internal medicine preferred. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
