When Revity grows, you grow with us. Position Summary Revity Medical is seeking a dynamic, motivated NP, PAto serve as Clinic Director for one of our Utah locations. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about patient care and excited to take on leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Patient Care Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in hormone therapy, weight management, and wellness services. Help patients overcome chronic symptoms, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and weight concerns. Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Clinic Operations Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and a positive patient experience. Manage staff workflow, scheduling, and communication. Monitor inventory, supplies, and clinic readiness. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Utah healthcare regulations. Leadership & Team Development Lead front desk, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Train, coach, and support team members to uphold Revity standards. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-first service. Financial Performance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense oversight. Track key performance indicators and drive clinic growth. Support sustainable operations that balance quality care with financial health.
