Job Description
Stella Mental Health seeks a Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families in Murray, UT. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, complete assessments and treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in our EHR. You'll collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists in a supportive, client-centered culture that values compassion, inclusion, and clinical excellence. We offer ongoing training, consultation, and opportunities to help shape services and programs as our practice continues to grow. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to outpatient clients Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans Deliver trauma-informed care for anxiety, depression, and life transitions Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHRCollaborate with psychiatric providers and team members on integrated care Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings Develop safety plans and manage clinical risk appropriately Engage in ongoing training and professional development Contribute to program development as the practice grows Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for clinical practice Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis Individual psychotherapy Couples and family therapy Treatment planning and documentation Evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Risk assessment and safety planning Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency Interdisciplinary collaboration Crisis intervention Cultural competency
