Job Description

About Our Practice We are a growing integrative medicine clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through a root-cause approach to healthcare. Our practice combines evidence-based conventional medicine with functional and integrative therapies, including hormone optimization, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, IV therapies, and preventative health strategies. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who shares our passion for personalized medicine and helping patients achieve long-term wellness. Position Summary The ideal candidate will have experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and a strong interest in functional and integrative medicine. This provider will work collaboratively with our team to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients on their journey toward optimal health. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans using a root-cause medicine approach. Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapy (BHRT/HRT) programs for men and women. Interpret laboratory testing and advanced functional medicine diagnostics. Provide education regarding nutrition, lifestyle modification, supplementation, and wellness strategies. Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications Required:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Utah. DEA registration and prescriptive authority. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Excellent communication and patient relationship skills. Strong commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
Preferred:
Experience with hormone replacement therapy preferably WorldLink trained (BHRT, testosterone replacement, thyroid optimization, menopause management). Functional medicine, integrative medicine, or lifestyle medicine training. Experience with nutritional counseling and dietary interventions. Familiarity with IV nutrient therapy and wellness services. Certification through IFM, A4M, Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Program, or similar programs is highly desirable. $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
