As we grow the clinic you can transition into a full-time role (if that's something you want). 1. Compensation . $100 per patient hour. As we grow your patient panel we can switch you to salary if you'd like. We have an great reputation (check out our Google reviews) and marketing engine. We anticipate being able to fill your days (however much you want to work) quickly. At 3 days per week your base salary will be $114,000; at 4 days, $127,500; at 5 days, $143,511. At each salary level bonuses can apply. 2. Season Ski Pass . We will pay for a season ski pass to a resort of your choice--in addition to your hourly/salary pay, and for each year you work for us. If you don't like skiing then we can pay for your gym membership/hot yoga class/whatever you like to do. 3. 401(k) Plan & Match . We offer a 401(k) plan and 3.5% match for all of our employees. 4. Healthcare . We make healthcare benefits available to all employees that have 30 or more patient hours available per week. 5. Flexible Schedule . We are starting from ground zero on this clinic so we'll let you choose your hours and days worked. It'll be a choose your own adventure kind of deal. 6. PTO . We offer PTO to any practitioner working 3 days or more a week with us. PTO tiers increase with salary tiers. 7. Team . We have a top-tier team consisting of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, PAs, and therapists. We employ a team based approach between psychiatry and therapy with monthly collaboration meetings to create treatment plans with wrap around care that really works. We also have an incredible support staff that handles all the stuff you don't want to do--billing, scheduling, etc. Because you'll be our first hire at the new clinic, you'll also have the unique opportunity to work closely with our founder, Dr. Applegate, as she works with you to build out the South Jordan location . 8. Family Oriented . Dr. Applegate is a mom of three and understands the unique opportunities and pressures of being a working parent. What we need from you : Prior mental health/psychiatry experience Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant equivalent Must have or be able to obtain prescriptive authority Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
