This position does not include employer-sponsored benefits Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urology clinic team. The provider will work collaboratively with supervising physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of urologic conditions in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for a clinically strong provider who values patient-centered care, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions including BPH, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, hematuria, UTIs, elevated PSA, erectile dysfunction, and other related conditions Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and training Provide patient counseling and education regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and follow-up care Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR system Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure continuity of care Participate in call coverage and clinic workflow as assigned Qualifications Current NP or PA license in Utah DEA license and prescriptive authority required Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred Urology experience preferred but not required; specialty training available for qualified candidates Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Preferred Skills Experience in outpatient specialty care Knowledge of urologic procedures and treatment plans Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage a high-volume clinic schedule efficiently Schedule Monday through Friday Clinic-based position Full-time Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and productivity No employer-sponsored health, dental, vision, or retirement benefits provided Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to fostering a professional and inclusive workplace and welcome qualified applicants from diverse backgrounds.
