"Providers" (No Part-time Available) 8 hours & 5 days a week is a requirement! 1099 ROLE-- Please live in the area or be willing to commute 5 DAYS A WEEK! No Exceptions. We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide high-quality mental health care in skilled nursing facilities across the Eastern Maryland area. This role offers a lucrative pay scale , a supportive clinical environment, and no visit cancellations , ensuring consistent patient engagement and provider satisfaction. This is 1099 (contractor) role. ANCC Board Certification. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments Provide psychotherapy , consultations , and medication management Collaborate with facility medical providers to ensure integrated care Work independently while maintaining clinical collaboration with a group psychiatrist Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and leadership development Growth & Development Leadership opportunities within a growing behavioral health team Residency track available for new PMHNPs seeking mentorship and structured onboarding Ongoing professional development and CME support
