Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Outpatient | Child & Adult | Big Stone Gap, VA Ballad Health Medical Associates Outpatient Services is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Big Stone Gap, VA. This role includes caring for patients ages 5 and up in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Position Highlights

• Collaborative team with on-site Board-Certified Psychiatrist
• Outpatient schedule: 12-hour weekday shifts (7 AM
• 7 PM)
• No weekends and no call

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses
• Provide medication management
• Offer counseling and supportive interventions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications
• Master's degree in Nursing
• PMHNP certification (ANCC or equivalent)
• Ability to obtain Tennessee APRN license
• Active or eligible DEA license
