Summary We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Chesapeake. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients, contributing significantly to our mission of excellence in pulmonary and critical care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results accurately. Administer treatments, including IV infusions and medication management. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance practice standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in pulmonary and critical care.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent clinical experience. Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia. Strong background in critical care nursing or related field. Proficiency in patient assessment and management techniques. Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
