We are a Top Doctor outpatient Psychiatry & Ketamine practice in the DMV area, led by a triple board-certified psychiatrist and pain physician.

We're looking for a personable, energetic, and self-motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about patient care and excited to grow within an innovative, forward-thinking team. Intake & scheduling Insurance verification License & credentialing Billing & authorizations You'll work alongside a collaborative, highly experienced team including a Medical Director, Clinical Supervisor, and multiple other providers, ensuring strong clinical support. Your Role:
Deliver high-quality medication management and psychotherapy in a collaborative outpatient setting Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and addiction Provide interventional psychiatric care, including TMS and Ketamine infusions Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in line with best practices and payer requirements Partner closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment Leverage EHR systems and clinical technology to enhance efficiency and care delivery Most Importantly Make a meaningful impact every day - help patients reclaim their lives, reach their full potential, and experience lasting transformation!
Patient Population:
Adults (18-65), with most patients between 20-45
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted PMHNP or PA license in Virginia Board Certified (or eligible within 6 months) Experience in psychiatric care, assessment, and psychotherapy Strong understanding of HIPAA and medical documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment Experience in TMS and Ketamine Treatments preferred.
Additional Requirements:
