Job Description:

Privia Medical Group is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team at a highly respected, family-oriented primary care practice. Quick Look:

Schedule:

Part-Time. 3 - 4 days/week. Highly flexible scheduling. Clinical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Collegial, team-based environment where you are never running the clinic alone. Robust clinical support with dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio and an experienced nursing staff handling triage and phone calls. We support you so you can truly focus on patient care.

Outpatient clinic in Fairfax, VA.

Practice Overview:

Broad Scope of Care:

Manage a diverse adult and geriatric patient panel (ages 18+), often assisting patients with complex medical issues and multiple chronic comorbidities. See a very comfortable patient volume and unhurried appointment windows.

Clinical Duties:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, preventative health, and routine well-woman visits (e.g., Pap smears). Procedural requirements are minimal to none (occasional suture removals or I&Ds).

Modern Workflows:

Step into a highly stable practice known for its flexibility; leadership is incredibly willing to work with providers to accommodate schedule adjustments. With ample time built in for documentation, providers rarely take work home.

Qualifications:

Licensure:

Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience:

1+ years of clinical practicing experience in primary care is highly preferred; however, new graduates with a demonstrated interest in primary care are welcome to apply.
