Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Centra Medical Group Farmville is part of a dedicated group of providers that provides comprehensive primary care and urgent care for the entire family. We provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Current licensure by the Virginia State Board of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority. Maintains BLS and ACLS Certifications. Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse.
