Part-Time | 2 Days per Week | Opportunity for additional days Join a Primary Care Practice That Puts Patients First Millenium Elite Primary Care is an independently owned primary care practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care. We believe patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and never rushed. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who shares our commitment to clinical excellence, kindness, and positive patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to join a supportive team with the potential to expand into additional days and a long-term role. Schedule Part-time, 2 days per week
Hours:
9:00 AM-5:30 PM Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform annual wellness visits and preventive care Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Educate patients regarding disease prevention and health maintenance Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical team as appropriate Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards Qualifications Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Active DEA registration Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required; 2+ years preferred Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable managing adult primary care patients independently Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Treats every patient with kindness, dignity, and respect Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Is dependable, organized, and collaborative Takes pride in providing high-quality, evidence-based care Values efficiency without sacrificing compassion What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible part-time scheduling Retirement plan benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Scribe documentation support to help streamline clinical notes Supportive and collaborative work environment Additional benefits available with full-time employment A workplace culture built on kindness, professionalism, respect, and clinical excellence.
