This is a unique opportunity for a provider interested in a blended role combining psychiatric medication management and Spravato (esketamine) treatment. Approximately 50% of the provider's schedule will focus on medication management , similar to our other psychiatric providers, while the remaining 50% will involve overseeing and managing patients receiving Spravato treatment. We offer a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong administrative support, allowing our providers to focus on excellent patient care. Position Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management Diagnose and treat a variety of behavioral and mental health conditions Manage and oversee patients receiving Spravato (esketamine) treatment Evaluate patients for appropriateness and continued treatment with Spravato Monitor patient progress, response to treatment, and medication needs Collaborate with our psychiatric providers, therapists, clinical leadership, and support staff Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain compliance with applicable clinical and prescribing requirements What We Offer Collaborative, supportive team atmosphere Established outpatient mental health practice Strong administrative support Flexible scheduling Combination of Spravato treatment and traditional psychiatric medication management Telehealth opportunities for appropriate medication management appointments Established patient referral base Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program Current Virginia PMHNP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure Current prescriptive authority and DEA registration Ability and willingness to provide both psychiatric medication management and Spravato treatment oversight Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills Experience with Spravato is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate.
