Practice Setting:

Occupational Health Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to close (typically 4:30 PM, may be extended for walk-in injuries)

Support Staff:

RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs Documentation System:

Systoc EMR Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-employment physicals
• Perform return-to-duty testing
• Conduct DOT physicals
• Provide workers compensation injury care

Travel Reimbursement:

• Lodging reimbursement capped at $150 per night
• Travel bookings approved for standard/economy rates
• Travel preferred outside of scheduled working hours

Requirements:

• Board Certified (NP or PA)

REQUIRED

• Active Virginia medical license

REQUIRED

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

REQUIRED

• DOT Certification

REQUIRED

• Immunizations current for influenza (flu season), COVID-19, TB (QuantFERON Gold), and

MMR REQUIRED

• Must be willing to cover all listed clinic locations
