Our team includes 6 Gastroenterologists and 6 PAs/NPs, with rotations between two offices and hospital coverage. Each provider sees 12-16 patients daily over a 4-day workweek, with a scheduled admin day for catch-up or rest. Our providers do not work holidays, evenings, weekends, or take call, promoting a strong work-life balance. We offer a competitive salary of $90,000-$120,000 annually, along with benefits like 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and retirement plans. Applicants must hold an active PA/NP license or be graduating within 3 months. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on quality patient care.
