Minimum Requirements:

MINIMUMS

Requires a Master's Degree in a nursing related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in nursing. Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) is preferred. Possession of a valid license as a nurse practitioner; certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; a nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority issued by the State of Virginia. Must have a current and valid driver's license.
