Millennium Medical Care Reston is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated FNP to join our Reston, VA location. Having opened recently, our office is growing quickly while maintaining an exceptionally supportive and positive work culture. This premier opportunity blends the rewarding, long-term relationships of traditional Family Practice with the fast-paced efficiency of a modern Primary & Walk-In Urgent Care center. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Primary Care:
Perform physical exams, wellness visits, and long-term chronic disease management (Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.).
Acute & Urgent Care:
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries in a walk-in capacity.
Diagnostics & Prescriptions:
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays), prescribe medications, and craft personalized treatment plans.
Minor Office Procedures:
Perform routine minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and skin biopsies as needed.
Clinical Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Athena EMR .
Team Collaboration:
Partner with physicians and medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and exceptional care standards.
What We're Looking For Education:
Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN).
Licensure:
Active (or eligible) Virginia State NP License and valid DEA registration.
Experience:

Tech Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience with Athena EMR is a strong advantage.
