Job Description

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Join our growing behavioral health team in Sterling, Virginia as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner delivering patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a hybrid mix of onsite and telehealth visits. You will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and manage medications within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. Schedule Minimum 12 hours per week, including at least 5 hours onsite Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Compensation and benefits Competitive hourly rate: $120-$140/hr (1099) Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 Full credentialing support—handled for you Paid weekly clinical consultation and peer collaboration Ongoing clinical training and development Strong administrative support so you can focus on clinical work Supportive, mission-driven team culture Liability insurance coverage Reimbursement for client no-shows Required qualifications Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC or
