Responsibilities include conducting patient interviews, physical exams, reviewing imaging, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing, and managing pain treatment plans. Prescribe therapy or medication per guidelines, educate patients, and document visits accurately and promptly. Maintain licensure, comply with regulations, and stay current with continuing education. Travel between office sites is required, and candidates must be willing to relocate to Chesapeake, VA before starting.
