Are you an ambitious and skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) seeking an opportunity in dermatology? Our practice is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team. Enjoy working at a fun and laid-back clinic in the beautiful town of Anacortes, the gateway to the San Juan Islands.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay as below: 401k

Matching:

Receive comprehensive coverage under the Regence Gold Plan or a similar plan selected by our office, with the premium paid in full for you. Paid Continuing Medical Education (CME): Attend one paid CME meeting per year. Currently, our practice goes to Maui every year!!

Malpractice Insurance:

Coverage will be provided and paid for by the company.

License Fees:

Licensing fees will be covered by the practice.

EMR :

Monthly EMR expenses (approx. $700/month) will be covered by the practice.

Our independent and privately owned and operated clinic enjoys immense flexibility, work schedule and practice focus, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Avoid the bureauracy of large venture capital and private equity owned dermatology practices. Say NO to "the man".

Qualifications:

ARNP or PA-C certification with a focus on dermatology. At least 1 year practicing medical dermatology. Strong communication skills. Compensation will be 25-30% of provider collections on medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology depending on experience level and scope of practice. Estimated to be around $150k
